Just Want To Leave My Job and Travel Around The World

The number of people quitting their corporate positions and opting for a travel-based lifestyle is increasing at an astonishing rate. Why aren’t you in a position to do the same? There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to accomplish your goal. So, if you really want to quit your job and explore the world.

Here are ten things to consider leave job and travel the world.

Do you have a skill set that can be sold?

If you wish to work remotely, or even just in another country, the first question you must ask yourself is what are your marketable abilities. This refers to anything that has valued by another individual and may be sold at a price.
Everyone, in general, possesses a marketable skill. It could be as simple as writing someone’s emails for them, or as difficult as constructing intricate financial models for an investing activity. It will also be easier to locate clients and charge greater charges if your skillset is more specialized.

So, once you’ve assessed your capabilities, you’ll need to pick which ones you want to improve if you want to make a living online. It only takes a little research to figure out what you can do.

Do you have the ability to present yourself?

So there are tens of thousands of individuals out there looking for jobs. Even if you happen to speak with someone who could be interested in your services, it all boils down to one thing. What is your personal brand? This is true in both writing and speaking. See, the more open you are with others and the better you can communicate about what you do, the more people will have faith in YOU, and opportunities will present themselves. Of all, you can’t make a living solely on chance encounters and talks. But let’s pretend it’s all part of the same jigsaw, and it’s all part of the broader image.

Do you have the ability to create opportunities?

Nothing will be handed to you on a silver platter — even if you were born with a $2 million trust fund, you must CREATE for yourself. You were dumped on this planet, and your existence is essentially a blank canvas. And the power to manifest things for yourself is what separates those who give up from those who survive. No, I don’t mean pretending to be wealthy for five hours in your room. Visualization has its place, but when it’s done correctly, it may affect your behavior as well. Let’s imagine you’ve honed a specific skill set, such as video editing, and you’re looking to expand your profile and turn it into a full-time job.

You’ll have to take the initiative to look stuff up on Google. You’ll have to look for everything that will help you connect with folks who could benefit from your services. It’s not about thinking, reading, and studying while lounging about. Learning a skill does not have to take a long time, but it will be useless if you do not take the INITIATIVE and accomplish things on your own.

Do you have a specialized area of expertise?

It’s not enough to have a marketable ability to make a living online; you also need a NICHE. This means mastering a certain area of what you’re doing — for example, you may have learned photography and are skilled at it, but you’ve decided to specialize in food photography for health-food restaurants. Having a specialization is crucial because it helps you to construct a portfolio that is tailored to the needs of THOSE comparable clients who will hire you over someone with a broader skillset right away. You’ll save a lot of time faffing around in the beginning if you identify your niche and build yourself in that area.

Can you think creatively and be diverse?

If you talk to any freelancer or digital nomad, you’ll find that very few of them rely solely on one source of income to make ends meet. Being a digital nomad entails being your own boss as well as a business owner. So, when you consider your marketable skills, do you intend to continue working for someone? How can you broaden your horizons? Is it possible for you to create another business to supplement your income? Ask yourself these kinds of questions, and you’ll be surprised at how much you’ll learn.

Are you willing to make sacrifices?

The life of a digital nomad entails a great deal of sacrifice. To a significant extent, you forego your regular paycheck at the end of the month. You forego the camaraderie of an office setting, as well as the false sense of security that everything will be taken care of for you as long as you perform well at your job. No, it’s not at all. Because you’re all alone. If you want to devote enough time and energy to making a life for yourself, you’ll have to give up a lot of things. It’s possible that you’ll have to give up Netflix as a result of this. However, it dispels the mistaken notion that we can relax on weekends. It’s more about being adaptable and listening to yourself. So that may be hanging out with pals and putting in 6 hours of work. If you want to be a digital nomad, life isn’t easy, and while it appears to be a great way to live, we give a lot of crap up. You have to be on all the time.

Do you have to do any self-work?

There comes a time in life when you must confront your inner demons because they are preventing you from moving forward in some way. Because what you believe you know is insufficient. And the physical shift from being a corporate slave to living a lifestyle that allows you to connect with your true nature and design is merely a reflection of a deeper, spiritual transformation. It’s your soul telling you to get out of a job as soon as possible. We’re indoctrinated from a young age to believe that we HAVE to perform certain things. It is incorrect to believe that education is the be-all and end-all of intellectual progress.

The majority of my internal growth occurred after that. I discovered how fucking stupid I was and how little I even knew as I delved deeper into intellectuality. Because science has a tremendous ego and believes it can explain everything – which it can’t. You must get experience. Have a peek in your head. Confronting your demons is the only way to truly learn. The cosmos then begins to unfold within you. I still enjoy reading research publications and sharing them with the public as a scientifically minded person.

However, pigeonholing yourself into any artificial man-made framework, whether it’s superfluous education or an unneeded corporate job, is completely futile. So, in addition to the technical aspects of creating an online workflow, you’ll need to figure out what challenges you have that are holding you back. Because there’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to do whatever you want.

How well do you conduct research?

The method of investigation. If formal schooling has given me anything, it’s a highly sophisticated research technique that I can apply to virtually anything. It’s a framework and method of thinking that makes everything ten times easier. And I’ve discovered that many people lack even fundamental research abilities because they’ve been trained to be dumbed down and not think for themselves in many systems. A large part of being a digital nomad, in my opinion, is conducting comprehensive research. You should look for ways to expand your personal brand.
You should learn how to use social media for your own profit and plan your travels accordingly. The stronger your research skills, the easier it will be for you to stand out and learn new things.

Are you willing to take chances?

Last but not least, if you want to take a leap into the unknown, you’ll have to take a leap. This could imply failure, such as investing in something that does not pay off or putting yourself out there and having it not work out. But nothing will manifest for you unless you step outside of your comfort zone. And taking chances doesn’t always have to be anything severe, like quitting your job on the spur of the moment. Taking risks does not imply acting without consideration or intelligence – and sure, trusting your instincts is a sort of intelligence.

It can also refer to things that are intrinsically frightening. It’s like severing ties with someone you’ve known for years but whom you know wish to keep you in a state of fear. As if you’re taking LSD for the first time and want to broaden your perception and knowledge of everything you don’t ordinarily see. Like overcoming your procrastination and establishing a daily fitness program. Because you are the creator of your own reality, it is true that courage is rewarded by the universe.

Do you have the capacity to organize yourself?

Being on point with your organization is one of the most important things to learn if you are working for yourself or simply attempting to start off. I guess I’m not the best example of a road-trip organization — I still have data from 2017 that I haven’t gotten around to putting into films, and I’m also behind on posting articles here. What I DO have, though, is the capacity to learn how to get the vital things done so that I can live my life, generate money, and grow at the same time.

When you’re at a job, there’s usually a set framework in place. You get there in the morning and return in the evening, but as a digital nomad, your schedule is entirely up to you. To discover out what works best for you, you’ll need to do some research and experimenting.

Not only does the organization apply to your laptop, but it also extends to your entire life. Consider how many items you’ll need to sort if you’re moving a family. You must also take care of yourself! So plan your meals and make sure you’re receiving enough nutrition. Organizing practical aspects of your job approach, such as transportation and trip planning. Personally, I feel that all of these things come as a result of being in a good mental state – of being mentally clear and in good spirits – and then it doesn’t seem all that difficult.
